In addition to leading project teams and ensuring successful delivery, you will play a pivotal role in developing our market presence, strengthening key accounts, and further growing our Production &amp; Operations consulting practice.<br><br><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Advise senior executives on strategic transformation and operational excellence initiatives</li><li>Build and grow trusted client relationships while expanding key accounts and driving business development activities</li><li>Lead proposal development and contribute to the acquisition of new consulting opportunities</li><li>Design target operating models, transformation strategies, and implementation roadmaps</li><li>Lead complex transformation, reorganization, cost optimization, and operational improvement programs</li><li>Advise clients on manufacturing, supply chain, network optimization, and operational strategy topics</li><li>Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and business impact</li><li>Coach and develop consulting teams while contributing to the growth of the Production &amp; Operations practice</li></ul></p><br><strong>Who you are</strong><p>Are you an analytical thinker with strong social skills, are curious and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:<br><ul><li> 7-10+ years of experience in management consulting, leading complex transformation programs, client engagements, and business development activities</li><li>University degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a related field</li><li>Deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or operational transformation environments</li><li>Proven track record in developing strategic client relationships, growing key accounts, and driving business development initiatives</li><li>Extensive experience in leading large-scale transformation and operational excellence initiatives</li><li>Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across all organizational levels</li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience in managing, coaching, and developing consulting teams</li><li>Fluent German and English language skills</li><li>Flexibility and willingness to travel based on client and project needs</li></ul></p><br><strong>Who we are</strong><p>Eraneos is an international consulting group specializing in strategy, transformation, and technology that helps companies succeed in a dynamic digital world.
