Senior Manager, Data Center ESG & Sustainability

This is a startup model: attitude and adaptability matter more to us than years of experience or the size of team you've previously managed.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical, commercial, and delivery capabilities, with exposure to executive stakeholders and certification bodies, auditors, investors and lenders, and the regional Stakeholder &amp; Community leads.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll build Radiant's ESG function from scratch; carbon methodology, certifications, and investor/lender reporting. You'll be doing the analysis and writing the disclosures yourself in the early stages, not just setting policy for others to execute.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Strategy &amp; Methodology</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build Radiant's carbon accounting methodology and sustainability commitments (net-zero, PPAs, water usage) from a blank page.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Personally run the certification process (e.g. BREEAM, LEED) on live projects rather than delegating it.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help shape Radiant's ESG processes and policies from the ground up, aligned to industry best practice.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Reporting</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Write investor and lender ESG disclosures yourself in the early stages.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate with regional Stakeholder &amp; Community leads on social-impact commitments.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Attitude matters more to us here than number of years of experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in sustainability, ESG or carbon strategy roles, ideally in infrastructure, real estate or energy.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfort doing the technical carbon or certification work yourself, not just setting direction for a team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to write clearly for an investor or lender audience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for someone who wants to build the function, not manage an existing one.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with the EU Code of Conduct for Data Centres — Radiant is not based in the EU, but this remains relevant to the role.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with BREEAM and/or LEED certification processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exposure to green financing or sustainability-linked loans.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with renewable PPA structures.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Qualities we look for:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Set the standard: </strong>Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Inspire the change: </strong>There's no blueprint for the future.
