This role will be instrumental in developing our AI-enabled propositions on Post Merger Integration (inc. Synergy Development), Carve-out support, and broader Value Creation engagements.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll bring a strong track record of client delivery and subject matter expertise from a consulting or relevant industry background. You’ll have experience advising Private Equity and/or Corporate clients at the C-Suite level. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Unity Advisory’s market presence, collaborating across the firm, and developing innovative, outcome-driven solutions for clients.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will participate in origination efforts and help develop client and engagement opportunities through focused business development, while also collaborating on pitches and thought leadership.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will co-develop, along with the wider team, the future operating model for deals, helping to build the AI toolkit required to innovate new propositions and client services.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead and deliver high-impact client engagements across Value Creation, PMI, Carve-out, and Due Diligence for both PE &amp; Corporate clients.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and nurture a high-performing team, coaching colleagues and <strong>fostering</strong> a supportive and open feedback environment.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with the wider Unity Advisory team to evolve firm strategy, service offerings, and market positioning.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Represent Unity Advisory in the market, building a trusted advisor profile with clients, investors, and partners.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"> Be a key part of a fast-growing disrupter in the professional services market.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">6+ years' experience in a Value Creation / M&amp;A role, with senior leadership exposure.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Relevant subject matter expertise including, but not limited to: Integration Blueprinting &amp; Planning, Day 1 Readiness, Synergy Development, TSA Assessment &amp; Management, Due Diligence, Equity Story, Target Operating Model, and IMO / Separation PMO.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record of delivering Value Creation services within an M&amp;A context (buy and sell side).</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent project management and program orchestration skills.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with Private Equity clients and portfolio company situations.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong influence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with and challenge senior stakeholders.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to help build a challenger firm from the ground up.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A hunger to build, collaborating across Unity Advisory to do so at pace.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll get from us</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The opportunity to refine your business development skills on your terms, providing you with a clear runway to a Partner role.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A dynamic culture where you will be supported and encouraged through client work and business development.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">An innovative AI toolkit, producing higher quality work products and enabling you to spend time on the more interesting aspects of your role.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Additional Information</strong> At Unity Advisory, we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
