You will operate across all business functions - from marketing and product to operations and finance - with a clear mission: to understand, optimise, and grow how the business makes money.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role blends deep analytical expertise with strategic advisory capability, delivering insights that shape decision-making, drive revenue, and improve operational efficiency.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with the Head of Group Performance &amp; Insights, Senior Commercial Director and CCO to embed a world-class portfolio analytics framework to help drive fast, actionable portfolio and business decisions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as a commercial thought leader, shaping strategy, challenging conventions, and elevating commercial thinking across the Group.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a strategic partner to functional leaders (Marketing, Product, CRM, Pricing, Risk, Operations, Finance) to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analyse end-to-end revenue drivers across acquisition, retention, monetisation, and customer lifetime value.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead consultancy-style problem solving, from scoping questions to prioritising projects, structuring analysis, and delivering clear recommendations. <em>For example: Generosity Optimisation &amp; Strategy, Pricing Strategy (Sports &amp; Casino), Casino Optimisation, Commercial Deal Analysis, Customer Risk Profiling &amp; Optimisation.</em></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and deliver actionable performance insights that directly influence revenue, customer behaviour, and profitability.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the Head of Group Performance &amp; Insights and Group Performance Directors in embedding actionable, data-driven insights into regular performance conversations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with finance and commercial teams to enhance revenue forecasting, campaign ROI, and P&amp;L modelling.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with central teams to embed and maintain a world-class analytics framework covering transactional, market, competitor, and customer data</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to a data-driven culture by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and promoting analytical best practice.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience in a commercial analytics, revenue optimisation, or strategy role within online gambling, gaming, or a similarly fast-paced digital sector.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Consultancy craft - skilled in problem solving (at least five years in a commercial leadership role), hypothesis-led thinking, project prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of how digital businesses generate revenue and profit.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Expertise across multiple analytics domains: performance, product, operations, customer, and commercial.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency in analytical tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with modern cloud data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent communicator, able to present complex data in clear, concise, and compelling ways to senior stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Highly collaborative, comfortable working across multiple teams and disciplines.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>WHO WE ARE</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">At the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo.
