strong </span><strong><span style="color: #121317">Senior Mechanical Engineer (f/m/d)</span></strong><span style="color: #121317"> who can take ownership of complex mechanical designs from concept through detailed engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and validation.</span></p><p><span style="color: #121317">This is a hands-on engineering role for someone with strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, extensive practical design experience, and advanced SolidWorks capabilities.</span></p><p style=";;"></p><p style=";"><strong><span style="color: #121317">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Take technical ownership of complex mechanical components, assemblies, and subsystems from concept through manufacturing, assembly, and validation</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Develop robust mechanical designs for high-precision scientific and industrial equipment</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Create and maintain high-quality SolidWorks parts, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Perform tolerance analysis and define appropriate fits, interfaces, geometric tolerances, and dimensional requirements</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Translate system-level requirements into clear mechanical requirements, interfaces, and manufacturable design solutions</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Define manufacturing requirements and work closely with suppliers and Procurement on manufacturability, materials, tolerances, and quality</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Develop, test, and improve prototypes and actively contribute to design reviews and technical decision-making</span></p></li></ul><br /><br /><p><strong><span style="color: #121317">Required skills:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: #121317">BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or a closely related discipline</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Minimum 8 years of professional mechanical engineering experience</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Advanced professional proficiency in SolidWorks is mandatory</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Demonstrable experience designing complex mechanical assemblies, bespoke machinery, or technically demanding systems</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, including manufacturing methods, materials, tolerance analysis, GD&amp;T, DfM/DfA, structural design, and mechanical interface</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Strong ownership of mechanical designs and technical
