<p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>What you'll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own and optimise <strong>Performance Marketing</strong> campaigns across channels such as <strong>Meta</strong>, <strong>TikTok</strong>, <strong>YouTube</strong>, <strong>Criteo</strong> and <strong>RTB House</strong>.</li>
<li>Drive the adoption of <strong>AI</strong> and <strong>Generative AI</strong> to improve campaign performance, automation and marketing workflows.</li>
<li>Build scalable marketing capabilities through <strong>feed management</strong>, <strong>conversion tracking</strong>, <strong>marketing automation</strong> and data-driven optimisation.</li>
<li>Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable business recommendations.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in <strong>Performance Marketing</strong>, <strong>Digital Marketing</strong> or <strong>Paid Media</strong>, ideally managing <strong>feed-based campaigns</strong> across web and app.</li>
<li>Proven experience integrating <strong>AI</strong>, <strong>Generative AI</strong> or <strong>AI-powered tools</strong> into marketing workflows.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of <strong>ROAS</strong>, <strong>CPL</strong>, <strong>CTR</strong>, <strong>CPM</strong> and <strong>CPC</strong>.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Meta Ads</strong>, <strong>TikTok Ads</strong>, <strong>YouTube Ads</strong>, <strong>Display Retargeting</strong> and performance optimisation.</li>
<li>Collaborative, hands-on mindset with experience working in international, cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Fluent in English.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with <strong>App Marketing</strong> and app performance campaigns.</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>ProductsUp</strong>, <strong>Channable</strong>, <strong>AppsFlyer</strong>, <strong>Adjust</strong>, <strong>Google Tag Manager (GTM)</strong>, <strong>server-side GTM (sGTM)</strong>, <strong>Conversions API (CAPI)</strong> or <strong>Meta Events Manager</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>SQL</strong>, <strong>BigQuery</strong>, <strong>Adverity</strong>, <strong>QuickSight</strong> or similar analytics platforms.</li>
<li>Another European language.</li>
