Senior Oracle HCM Time & Labour Consultant (Freelance, Europe)

<p><strong>We are supporting an international Oracle HCM implementation and are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Time &#x26; Labour Consultant to support the client during a challenging phase of its global payroll transformation.</strong></p> <p>The consultant will join an existing Oracle HCM project team and provide hands-on functional and technical expertise within the <strong>Oracle HCM Time and Labor (T&#x26;L)</strong> module.</p> <p>The main focus of the assignment is on <strong>time-related payroll elements and Oracle Fast Formula / conversion formulas</strong>. General Oracle Time &#x26; Labour implementation knowledge is expected, but the client is specifically looking for a senior specialist who can independently analyze, configure, and resolve complex time-to-payroll requirements.</p> <p>The role is particularly suitable for an experienced Oracle HCM consultant who combines strong Time &#x26; Labour configuration expertise with a good understanding of the interaction between <strong>time data, payroll elements, formulas, work schedules, and downstream payroll processes</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Framework Conditions</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Start:</strong> ASAP</li> <li><strong>Duration:</strong> 5 months</li> <li><strong>Capacity:</strong> approx. 3 days per week</li> <li><strong>Location:</strong> Remote</li> <li><strong>Language:</strong> English</li> <li><strong>Level:</strong> Senior</li> <li><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Freelance</li> </ul> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Act as <strong>Senior Oracle HCM Time &#x26; Labour Consultant</strong> within an international Oracle HCM and payroll transformation project</li> <li>Configure, analyze, and optimize <strong>Oracle HCM Time and Labor</strong></li> <li>Design, adapt, and troubleshoot <strong>Oracle Fast Formula / conversion formulas</strong></li> <li>Configure and resolve issues related to <strong>time-related payroll elements</strong></li> <li>Support work schedules, shifts, time entry rules, time calculation rules, and related time configurations</li> <li>Analyze complex time calculation, payroll integration, and configuration issues and perform root-cause analysis</li> <li>Support testing, defect resolution, stabilization, and payroll-related validation activities</li> <li>Work closely with HR, Payroll, HR IT, implementation partners, and other Oracle HCM consultants</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Several years of hands-on experience as an <strong>Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant</strong></li> <li>Strong implementation experience with <strong>Oracle HCM Time and Labor / Time &#x26; Labour</strong></li> <li>Proven hands-on expertise with <strong>Oracle Fast Formula and conversion formulas</strong></li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>time-related payroll elements</strong> and time-to-payroll processes</li> <li>Solid knowledge of work schedules, shifts, time rules, time calculations, and related Oracle HCM configurations</li> <li>Experience troubleshooting complex functional and technical Oracle HCM Time &#x26; Labour issues</li> <li>Experience working in international Oracle HCM implementation or transformation projects</li> <li><strong>Fluent English</strong> and the ability to work independently in a senior consulting role</li> </ul> <p>Nice to Have</p> <ul> <li>Experience in global or multi-country payroll transformation projects</li> <li>Experience integrating Oracle HCM Time &#x26; Labour with external payroll providers</li> <li>Knowledge of payroll interfaces and time-to-payroll data flows</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Oracle Payroll</strong></li> <li>Experience with multi-country Oracle HCM rollouts</li> <li>Experience supporting SIT, UAT, payroll testing, or parallel payroll runs</li> <li>Experience in complex international HR technology environments</li> <li>Previous experience joining an existing Oracle HCM implementation during a critical project phase</li> </ul> <p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
