Senior Partner

<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">A legal technology company is seeking a Germany-based Senior Partner to help grow an AI-enabled legal practice. You will bring an established client portfolio, continue advising those clients, and work with the team to move recurring legal matters onto AI-assisted workflows.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bring your portable client portfolio to the firm and continue serving those clients.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build relationships with private equity, venture capital, and mid-market clients to support business development.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify opportunities to provide commercial and compliance services across your client network.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work with the founding team to assess and automate recurring legal matters using AI tools and agent-based workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help shape the firm's growth and represent its legal services in the market.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">12 to 20 or more years of German legal practice, including experience at partner level.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A German-qualified Volljurist admitted as a Rechtsanwalt, with native-level German and professional English.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A personally held, portable book of business valued at €1 million or more, with a diversified client base and relationships that can transition with you.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience serving private equity or venture capital clients and their portfolio companies, with recurring work in areas such as commercial contracts, IT and data, corporate matters, or regulatory compliance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or legal AI products, and a demonstrated interest in updating legal workflows through automation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to work in Germany and a feasible path to transition your client work.</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Base salary: €200,000 to €300,000 annually. The role includes meaningful equity.
