Creating a sense of belonging doesn’t stop at our products - it’s the foundation of every team we hire.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">As the true partner of the Payroll &amp; Personnel Administration Manager for Europe, you will work within a French and European scope (7 countries) and manage the payroll of employees (300 employees) across various entities of the Match Group operating in this region (Meetic, Match, Tinder, Hinge, etc.).</span></div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Fully integrated into the European Human Resources team, the role is based in Paris, does not require travel, and allows up to 2 days of remote work per week.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Role overview:</span></div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">- Performing semi-outsourced payroll process : collecting, entering and verifying all variable payroll elements (all type of absences, overtime, bonuses, on-call duties, etc)</span></div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">- Managing HR administration for Europe and acting as a backup for French administration.</span></div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">- Managing end-to-end administrative processes for employee lifecycle events, including personalized 1:1 onboarding for new joiners.</span></div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">- Building trust and maintaining regular communication with employees to ensure clarity.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life.
