We are one of the fastest-growing startups in travel, backed by two leading VCs (TQ Ventures &amp; Lightrock), and now, following our recent $80m Series C funding, we are ready to push beyond.<br></p><p>To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a <strong>Senior People Partner</strong> to join our People team and support our Engineering &amp; Product teams. You will provide strategic business partnerships and coaching, develop people-related solutions to meet critical business needs and positively shape the Distribusion people experience.<br><br></p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>You will be the first People Partner and work closely with the VP of People to onboard yourself into Distribusion's current People philosophies, practices, and processes.</p></li><li><p>You will partner with the Engineering and Product functions to sustainably achieve their growth and development goals.</p></li><li><p>You will partner with the other People functions on all aspects of employment experience.</p></li><li><p>You will build our management team’s capacity through coaching and influencing.</p></li><li><p>You will contribute to the strategy of the teams you support and to the direction of the People Business Partner team.</p></li><li><p>You will foster excellence in the support, motivation, retention, and growth of our talent.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Workplace:&nbsp;</strong>Berlin &amp; Hybrid</p><p>We are looking for this role based at our headquarters in Berlin.
