Senior Performance Lead - Consumer

<p style="min-height:1.5em">As our next <strong>Senior Performance Marketing Lead, </strong>you’ll own the strategy and execution of our paid acquisition channels, with a particular focus on PPC and app growth. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded marketer who’s ready to shape how Checkatrade wins in a world of AI-driven search, dynamic pricing, and always-on discovery.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong>Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Delivering channel strategies that grow acquisition, retention and revenue across web and app.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Spotting new ways to win, from smart bidding and feed optimisation to emerging AI-led formats.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborating with product, analytics and commercial teams to align performance with business goals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Making sure every campaign is measurable, optimised, and future-ready</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>It’s not about ticking every box.
