Join a team that moves fast, grows smarter every step, and succeeds together.<br>&nbsp;<br>Are you ready? 🚀</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Join us as a </span><strong style="font-size: 16px;">(Senior) Platform Engineer (f/m/d)</strong><span style="font-size: 16px;"> and help us evolve.</span></div><br><strong>Your Mission</strong><br> <li>Own reliability and performance across our cloud platform: define and drive SLOs, monitoring, and incident response in a fast-moving production environment</li> <li>Lead complex Azure cloud deployments end to end, from planning and design through rollout and operations</li> <li>Build and evolve automation and infrastructure-as-code so our platform stays reliable, secure, and easy to operate at scale</li> <li>Champion platform tooling with other teams. Success is measured by adoption, not just delivery, so you work directly with teams to embed what you build</li> <li>Partner with our Cloud Architect and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver the cloud vision and roadmap</li> <li>Act as a Senior engineer who mentors others and multiplies the impact of the whole team</li> <br><strong>Your Skills</strong><br> <li>Deep, hands-on observability and reliability experience: SLOs, monitoring, incident ownership, and modern stacks like Azure Monitor, Datadog, Prometheus, or similar in real production environments</li> <li>Proven experience running Kubernetes (AKS or similar) at meaningful production scale, not just in sandboxes or personal projects</li> <li>Strong Terraform or equivalent IaC background, you automate by default and avoid ClickOps</li> <li>Solid CI/CD pipeline expertise and cloud security fundamentals, including IAM, least privilege, encryption, and compliance</li> <li>Clear track record of driving adoption of the tooling you build across other teams, this is a must-have, not a nice-to-have</li> <li>You aim for technical excellence, but know that shipping 80% today often beats chasing 101% forever</li> <li>You do not wait for permission, you take initiative, drive work to completion, and stand behind the solutions you deliver</li> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Don't tick all the boxes yet?
