We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate. </div><div> </div><div> <h3>WHAT’S THE ROLE? </h3> </div> <div>We are looking for a Senior Producer to join us on our Jurassic World Evolution team to help shape one of Frontier’s most recognisable management simulation franchises.  </div> <div> </div> <div>As a Senior Producer, you will coordinate major areas of development and deliver compelling, high-quality experiences for players. You will also work closely with multi-discipline teams across design, art, animation, code, audio, QA and publishing and play a key role in driving features, content and improvements from concept through to release.  </div> <div> </div> <div>If you’re passionate about building exceptional games and thrive on collaboration, we’d love to hear from you. </div> WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING <div> <div> <li>Coordinating development across significant areas of the project</li> <li>Supporting cross-discipline teams in delivering exciting features and content</li> <li>Utilising JIRA and other planning tools to organise, schedule, and monitor progress</li> <li>Creating and refining pipelines that help developers work efficiently and sustainably  </li> <li>Maintaining trust and communication with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners </li> <li>Identifying risks and blockers and finding solutions to emerging issues</li> <li>Leading sprint planning, stand-ups and reviews  </li> </div> </div> WHAT YOU’LL BRING <div> <div> <li>Proven experience as a Senior Producer with at least two shipped PC or console titles </li> <li>Solid understanding of Agile development practices</li> <li>Ability to communicate confidently across all organisational levels</li> <li>Strong collaborator who can facilitate cross‑discipline teamwork</li> <li>Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail </li> </div> </div> BONUS IF YOU HAVE <div> <li>Experience with JIRA or similar production tracking tools </li> <li>An interest in management simulation games </li> </div><h3>WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU</h3> You will work with talented and passionate people to support, develop or publish our sophisticated and enduring games, in a creative, collaborative and inclusive environment.
