In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a talented design team to address customer needs, elevate design standards, and ensure a seamless user experience. Using data-driven insights alongside your skills in design, research, and prototyping, you’ll develop user-friendly solutions for complex challenges. If you’re eager to bring compelling designs to life and create exceptional digital experiences, we’d love to meet you.</p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement.</li> <li>Be the voice of the user, embedding their needs into every design decision with insights and research.</li> <li>Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and stakeholders to transform ideas into reality.</li> <li>Collaborate with researchers to uncover actionable feedback, guiding meaningful usability improvements.</li> <li>Develop interactive prototypes to test and illustrate design concepts.</li> <li>Define and maintain design guidelines, bringing consistency across all products.</li> <li>Lead design initiatives with balance and clarity, adapting to timelines while juggling multiple priorities.</li> <li>Design user journeys that turn complex tasks into simple, delightful journeys.</li> <li>Improve product performance post-launch, focusing on continuous, user-centered enhancements.</li> <li>Help maintain, evolve and improve the design system, as well as using it as a toolkit to ensure consistency.</li> </ul> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience designing complex commercial apps;</li> <li>A portfolio showcasing strong design work;</li> <li>Experience in SaaS products;</li> <li>Figma expertise and strong knowledge of components and design systems;</li> <li>You have experience working with and evolving design systems, across iOS, Android and responsive web;</li> <li>Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly;</li> <li>Skilled at understanding the technical impact of design choices;</li> <li>Self-directed, with the ability to take ownership of the design process;</li> <li>Strong UX focus and a deep understanding of human behavior;</li> <li>Clean, refined visual design sense;</li> <li>Love to solve problems and be challenged;</li> <li>A continuous learner, eager to grow both personally and with the team;</li> <li>You are a proactive, confident and effective communicator.
