(Senior) Product Manager

We're scaling hard, and <strong>we need a PM obsessed with product-led growth (PLG).</strong></p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p>This role is not about babysitting a roadmap but turning the product itself into our best sales channel — removing friction, driving activation, and making users fall in love before they ever talk to sales.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <p>- Own the PLG strategy: activation, onboarding, habit loops, and expansion</p> <p>- Turn data into decisions: define metrics, run experiments, kill what doesn't work</p> <p>- Work directly with Engineering, Design, and Data in a fast-moving Agile setup</p> <p>- Identify and remove every drop of friction in the consultant and client journey</p> <p>- Collaborate with Sales and Management to align product motions with revenue</p> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p>- 3+ years of PM experience, ideally at a marketplace or SaaS company</p> <p>- You know what PLG actually means and have shipped it</p> <p>- You use AI tools daily.
