If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.<br></span></span></p><p><span style="color:#121317">Responsibilities</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Develop a clear vision and prioritized roadmap for the Claims area and drive product success as a key contributor — from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) through to payout.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Shape the automation of the claims process: rule-based and AI-supported claims assessment, straight-through processing, and efficient workflows through to settlement and payout.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Drive structured discovery processes and write precise requirements so that, together with Engineering &amp; QA, we can ship quickly and with high quality.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Actively integrate AI into your daily work to operate at a higher level, e.g. using structured prompts for rapid prototyping, automated pipelines for user feedback, or data-driven specifications.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Communicate priorities clearly to leadership and customers and measure the success of your features based on data, always keeping the user's voice in mind.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Design seamless collaboration throughout the claims process for all stakeholders, from status communication and task management to dynamic document templates.</span></p></li></ul> <br> <ol><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">7+ years of product management experience</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> in a B2B SaaS, InsurTech, or FinTech environment; experience with claims processes or insurance core systems is a strong plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Strong operational drive and a clear focus on outcomes: you take real ownership from day one and drive initiatives through to successful implementation.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">AI fluency:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> You can clearly demonstrate how AI has made your work measurably faster or better in recent months (e.g. reusable prompts, AI-supported data analysis, automated workflows).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Solid knowledge of agile frameworks and requirements engineering, as well as confident use of common PM tools such as </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Excellent analytical skills and </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">business-fluent German and English (C1)</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">, enabling you to confidently bridge the gap between technology and business.</span></p></li></ol><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
