Your mission goes beyond managing a product: you bring expertise and vision to help our clients evolve in their product maturity.</span></div><br><strong>Your Missions:</strong><br><li>Advise and support companies in structuring and transforming their product organizations (audits, roadmap definition, team coaching).</li><li>Promote product culture by leading workshops, training teams, and sharing best practices.</li><li>Define impactful product strategies by helping clients prioritize investments and maximize value creation.</li><li>Work on diverse missions, from coaching product teams to implementing discovery and delivery frameworks tailored to the client's organization.</li><li>Contribute to Thiga’s visibility through publications, speaking engagements, and involvement in the product community.</li><br><strong>Your Impact:</strong><br><li>You help companies <b>raise their product maturity level</b> with proven, context-adapted methodologies.</li><li>You’re a <b>transformation accelerator</b>, guiding teams toward greater autonomy and user-centric practices.</li><li>You encourage <b>innovation and product efficiency</b> by challenging existing practices and offering concrete solutions.</li><br><strong>Your Profile:</strong><br><li>You have at least <b>5-7 years of experience in Product Management</b>, ideally with a varied background (startups, scale-ups, large corporations, consulting). You’re comfortable with both delivery and discovery.</li><li>You’ve already helped product teams grow in their skills and know how to simplify complex concepts.</li><li>You love teaching and advising: delivering training, sharing frameworks, and challenging product organizations motivates you.</li><li>You have an <b>analytical and strategic mindset</b>, enabling you to structure and transform product organizations.
