As our <strong>Product Manager</strong>, you'll own a core product area end to end: how messy project data becomes an early warning that a €200M project is about to go wrong. A €200M project runs on plan sets nobody can diff and decisions buried in email, so <strong>the same mistakes happen over and over,</strong> and the industry loses <strong>$1.6 trillion a year</strong> to it.</p> <p><strong>That's what we're fixing.</strong> Eleven people, 15+ customers, <strong>€1M+ pre-seed</strong> from leading construction-tech VCs and one of Germany's largest project developers. The product is live and used daily on real construction sites — which means the interesting work is only starting.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Translate deeply technical construction workflows into decisions engineers can build from</li> <li>Own a product area end to end: From discovery on site to shipped, instrumented, measured features</li> <li>Shape the roadmap: Balance what the next customer needs against the foundations that make the next ten cheap</li> <li>Make the hard prioritization calls on scope and sequencing, and defend them</li> <li>Define what "working" means: pick the metrics, instrument them, read production data, iterate</li> <li>Treat LLM behavior as a product problem, not a research one — evals, fallbacks, and what the user sees when the model is wrong</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p><strong>Must-haves</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>2+ years shipping product</strong> — as a product manager, or as a UI/product designer who's been making product calls and not just screens</li> <li>You've shipped something where the hard part was the <strong>data model, not the button</strong></li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>LLM-powered features in production</strong> — you know what breaks and how users react when it does</li> <li>Genuine willingness to put on boots and go on site until you know the domain better than we do</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus</strong></p> <ul> <li>AEC background</li> <li>Founder experience, or product work at a company under 20 people</li> <li>You already build your own agents and internal tools to do your job faster</li> </ul> <p>Not a match on every line?
