If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with advanced technology, and want to help shape the future of high-performance compute, you’ll find both challenge and opportunity here.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a Senior/Principal Product Manager – Storage &amp; Networking, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the storage and networking capabilities underpinning Radiant’s GPU platform.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll work across bare-metal GPU clusters, Kubernetes, high-performance storage, data-centre networking, infrastructure inventory, automation, and observability, partnering closely with engineering, SRE, infrastructure, networking, and operations.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a highly technical product role focused on ensuring GPU workloads have reliable, high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure at scale.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for storage and networking capabilities across the GPU platform.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define and prioritise storage capabilities based on customer, workload, performance, scale, and operational needs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define and prioritise networking capabilities across the platform, from data centre infrastructure through to customer and workload connectivity.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with engineering to turn requirements into scalable, reliable platform services.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive improvements in automation, self-service, observability, and operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define success metrics and use them to guide performance, reliability, capacity, and investment decisions.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience owning technical infrastructure, platform, storage, networking, or cloud products end-to-end.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working in data centre, bare-metal, cloud, HPC, AI infrastructure, or similar environments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good understanding of modern storage technologies and architectures, and familiarity with file, object and block storage, WEKA, VAST, DDN, or similar.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good understanding of modern data centre and high-performance networking technologies, with familiarity with technologies such as Ethernet, InfiniBand, RDMA, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, and modern switching platforms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with how storage and networking integrate with Kubernetes, bare-metal infrastructure, and large-scale compute platforms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working closely with specialist engineers and making informed product and technical trade-offs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable taking ambiguous infrastructure problems from discovery through to delivery.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you bring:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Systems thinking:</strong> Understand how compute, storage, networking, and platform services fit together.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Product thinking:</strong> Turn infrastructure capabilities into clear, scalable services for customers and internal teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Technical fluency:</strong> Work credibly with engineering without needing to be the domain expert.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Prioritisation:</strong> Balance customer needs, performance, reliability, cost, and complexity.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Ownership:</strong> Drive problems from discovery through delivery and adoption.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Our values:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Set the standard: </strong>Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Inspire the change: </strong>There’s no blueprint for the future.
