<p>Weflow's Revenue AI Platform automates Salesforce data capture and provides full visibility into deal, pipeline, and forecast health.</p> <p>300+ fast-growing companies like Retool, BenchSci, IDnow use Weflow to improve team productivity, sales performance, and revenue predictability.</p> <p>Weflow is backed by Gradient Ventures, Cherry Ventures, Eurazeo, and renowned angel investors and run by successful repeat founders Janis Zech &#x26; Philipp Stelzer.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p><strong>Own a product area end to end.</strong> Define the vision, prioritize, and drive it from discovery to launch.</p> <p><strong>Talk to revenue teams.</strong> Dig into how sales reps and RevOps actually work in Salesforce, and turn messy workflows into clear product decisions.</p> <p><strong>Shape our AI features.</strong> Reason about how AI should capture, summarize, and surface data, and decide where it adds real value versus noise.</p> <p><strong>Translate insight into specs.</strong> Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.</p> <p><strong>Lead cross-functional execution.</strong> Coordinate engineering, design, and go-to-market to ship on time.</p> <p><strong>Define and track success.</strong> Set KPIs, watch adoption, and iterate based on data.</p> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p><strong>Product management experience in B2B SaaS</strong>, ideally with technical or data-heavy products. We're open to either a high-potential candidate with less hands-on experience or a senior person who wants to stay highly operational and hands-on.
