You will work closely with engineering, UX, data, commercial, and operational stakeholders to evolve Search from a functional step in the booking funnel into a personalised, intelligent, and scalable discovery experience.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About the Role</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1163" data-local-id="36e69d70"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Set and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for Search, grounded in customer needs, business impact, and market opportunity</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1308" data-local-id="2f29e1d8"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify and prioritise opportunities across ranking, relevance, comparison, query understanding, personalisation, and zero-result recovery</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1452" data-local-id="67351169"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Use data such as conversion impact, query behaviour, and customer feedback to diagnose problems and guide product decisions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1581" data-local-id="70e7638c"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead discovery and delivery with cross-functional teams, balancing quick customer-facing improvements with long-term platform and architectural needs</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1735" data-local-id="33fd64b9"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Align stakeholders around trade-offs, success metrics, and roadmap priorities in an ambiguous and strategically important product area</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1874" data-local-id="43cb25eb"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Explore how Search can support new surfaces and behaviours, including AI-native discovery and conversational travel planning</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About You</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="2016" data-local-id="560ed1c2"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You have 8+ years of product management experience, ideally including ownership of a search, discovery, marketplace, recommendation, or other high-intent digital product</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="2190" data-local-id="3e9cd0de"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You have led meaningful product change in complex environments and can connect product strategy with hands-on execution</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="2314" data-local-id="4e15a792"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are highly data-informed and know how to turn behavioural, funnel, and query-level insights into clear product direction</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="2443" data-local-id="4d6067d1"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are comfortable partnering with engineering on technical topics such as APIs, ranking, machine learning, performance, and architectural trade-offs</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="2598" data-local-id="272a4379"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are a strong communicator who can build trust across engineering, UX, data, and business teams and create alignment when priorities compete.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="2746" data-local-id="0b19d415"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are energised by unsolved problems and motivated to understand why a customer experience is not working, not only how to close the next ticket</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="2897" data-local-id="4ec8e61d"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are fluent in English</span></li> </ul> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2927" data-local-id="72f3f906"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Nice to have:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="2944" data-local-id="74030f30"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with travel, mobility, marketplaces, e-commerce, or other high-scale consumer platforms</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="3047" data-local-id="4ad03a2f"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience building or improving AI-assisted, personalised, or conversational discovery experiences</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="3151" data-local-id="19e90ea4"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">German or another European language</span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
