<p><strong>Role Type:</strong> Fixed Term Contract</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Canary Wharf, London</p><p><strong>Start:</strong> September 2026</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><span style="color:#121317">We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead a strategic Data Quality &amp; Transformation Programme for a Tier 1 Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf, London.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><span style="color:#121317">This is a high-profile role responsible for establishing, shaping and governing a complex data remediation initiative focused on improving the quality, integrity and usability of client reference data across Front Office business areas. The successful candidate will bring structure to a fragmented landscape of data issues, align senior stakeholders across business and technology functions, and deliver a clear roadmap for remediation and sustainable improvement.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><span style="color:#121317">The role requires a strong blend of programme leadership, stakeholder management, data expertise and transformation experience within an investment banking environment.</span></p> <br> <p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Assess and document the current state of client reference data quality issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Drive adoption of data management best practices across Front Office business areas.</span></p></li><li></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Establish programme governance, including RAID management, reporting, steering committees and stakeholder forums.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Define programme scope, structure and delivery approach.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Front Office, Operations and Technology functions.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Drive prioritisation and sequencing of remediation workstreams.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Identify opportunities for business process improvement and lead associated change initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Coordinate and manage analyst resources across the programme.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Support wider data readiness activities, including AI-related initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Provide regular programme updates and reporting to senior leadership.</span></p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Required Experience</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Extensive programme or project management experience within investment banking or financial services.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Strong Front Office experience, ideally across Fixed Income, Credit, Rates or FX.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Proven track record delivering data quality, data governance, reference data or data transformation programmes.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Experience establishing programme governance and managing delivery across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Demonstrated success driving business process change within complex organisations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders at Director and Managing Director level.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Strong understanding of the relationship between business processes, data and technology.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Experience working with data platforms or supporting AI/data readiness initiatives would be advantageous.</span></p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="Paragraph SCXW110377257 BCX8" style="text-align:start;"><strong><span style="color:#121317">How We Work:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> &nbsp;</span></p><p class="Paragraph SCXW110377257 BCX8" style="text-align:start;"><span style="color:#121317">Delta Capita is an equal opportunity employer.
