Our in-house expertise includes AI-powered room monitoring, 24/7 support, and a unique enterprise service layer, enabling us to operate with even greater agility, efficiency, and precision.</p><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal">With 27 offices in 11 countries, 1,600 colleagues, 900 specialist accreditations, 40-years' professional experience and 2,500 customers, we are delivering scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions around the world.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal">As our business and client base continues to develop further, we have a number of enviable AV projects in the pipeline for this year, and we are looking to recruit a proven AV-specific Project Manager to join our highly collaborative and talented PMO team to lead the successful delivery of all commercial facets of Audio-Visual projects.</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p class="MsoNormal">Ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner, to our clients’ satisfaction</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Full responsibility of commercial and contractual obligations of multiple projects simultaneously</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Preparing and managing project schedules and budgets</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Communicating project progress and status, both internally and with the client</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Managing project scheduling and staffing with in-house and sub-contracted labour</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Overseeing project site managers, Installers, Commissioning leads &amp; Programmers, ensuring projects schedules are adhered to</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Ensuring that final documentation packages (i.e. O &amp; M manuals, Record Information Packs, etc.) are prepared and contract close-out occurs in a timely manner</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Forecasting invoicing and work effort throughout portfolio</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Travelling to project/customer sites will be required in this position, as projects demand</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Skills and experience:</strong></p><ul><li><p class="MsoNormal">Extensive experience delivering main contractor-lead projects</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><strong><u>Proven technical knowledge of Project Managing specifically in the AV-integration industry is essential</u></strong></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Ability to interface well with clients and co-workers and to lead subordinate staff effectively</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Confident presenter &amp; chair of meetings – leading coordination of AV activities throughout the project life-cycle</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, at varying levels of value and complexity</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Well organised, with attention to detail and meticulous planning skills</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Procore &amp; ServiceNow experience desired but not essential (Training Given)</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Able to create and manage schedules, reports, financial forecasting and budgets</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Prince2/PMP qualification or equivalent desirable.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:center;"><strong>If you are selected for interview, and need any reasonable adjustments made for your interview, please let the Talent Acquisition team know, at the point of scheduling.</strong><br><br><strong>If you do require details of the vacancy or the application process in an alternative format, please email&nbsp;</strong><a rel="noopener" target="_blank" ---------- your requirements.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Equal Opportunities:</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">Yorktel-Kinly is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, age, gender identity, pregnancy, colour, race, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, religion or any other ‘protected characteristics.
