Senior Project Manager, Technical Services

&lt;p&gt;The Technical Services team at Duetto is vital in managing the technical aspects of the customer journey. We pride ourselves on delighting customers with speedy&amp;nbsp; service.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;The Senior Project Manager, Technical Services, is a critical member of Duetto&#39;s Technical Services team, responsible for driving successful customer integrations and migrations. The project manager will manage complex, enterprise-level projects, ensuring seamless connectivity and smooth transitions for our customers. This position plays a pivotal role in our CRS Integrations, PMS Migrations, and Company Migrations, working closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Lead CRS Integrations, ensuring that customers successfully connect their Central Reservation Systems (CRS) or Channel Managers to Duetto.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Oversee PMS Migrations, facilitating the transition when customers switch from one Property Management System (PMS) to another, ensuring continued data flow between systems.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Manage Company Migrations, guiding customers through transitions when properties change ownership.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ensure that all data is transferred accurately and that system configurations are aligned with customer needs.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Identify and address any technical challenges during the migration and integration processes.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Prepare and deliver status reports to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Document implementation workflows and share best practices with the team to ensure continuous improvement.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Required Experience&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience with large, enterprise-level project management engagements.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;5+ years managing customer-facing technical implementations.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Enthusiastic and creative leadership, with the ability to inspire others.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preferred Experience&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Hospitality or Hotel Technology experience.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and/or Central Reservation Systems (CRS) integrations.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and other project management tools.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About Duetto:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Duetto delivers a suite of SaaS cloud-native applications for hospitality businesses to optimize every booking opportunity for greater revenue impact.
