The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of U.S. property management, proven leadership skills, and the ability to balance tenant relations, administrative efficiency, and team management in a fast-paced environment.</p><p></p><p>What You’ll Be Doing:</p><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior on-site property managers, ensuring best practices are followed across the team</li><li>Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated tenant issues</li><li>Assist in managing leasing activities, including advertising, coordinating with your on-site team for property showings, applicant screening, and drafting lease agreements</li><li>Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations, and address tenant disputes professionally</li><li>Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades, and coordinate with the on-site property manager for larger renovation projects</li><li>Collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements</li><li>Oversee properties’ financial performance, including drafting budgets, tracking actuals to budget, and dictating strategies to maximize financial outcomes</li></ul> <p>What We’re Looking For:</p><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills</li><li>Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management (required)</li><li>Previous experience managing or leading a property management team</li><li>Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software</li><li>Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)</li><li>Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer</li></ul><p></p><p>Technical Requirements:</p><ul><li>Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)</li><li>Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam</li><li>Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)</li><li>Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace</li><li>Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software</li></ul> <p>Why You’ll Love Working Here:</p><p>💰 Competitive Compensation<br />We offer a competitive monthly salary of PHP 70,000 - 80,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
