You’ll play a key role in ensuring every release meets the highest quality standards, from early concept to global launch.</span></p><p><span style="color: #121317">As the quality owner for one of our largest mobile puzzle games, you’ll drive release quality across iOS and Android, establish scalable QA processes, push test automation forward, and work closely with developers, product managers, and external QA partners to deliver a world-class player experience.</span></p><p><em><span style="color: #121317">*Qualified Candidates are expected to complete an Assignment</span></em></p><p><em><span style="color: #121317">*For this position the candidate should be based in Europe</span></em></p><h4><span style="color: #121317">Your Role:</span></h4><ul><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Own QA for one of our largest live mobile games across iOS and Android</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Ensure high-quality releases through effective test planning, execution, regression testing, and staged rollout support</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Define practical QA coverage for devices, OS versions, store builds, SDKs, ads, IAPs, analytics, and remote config</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Identify, prioritize, and document issues with clear, actionable bug reports</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Drive QA automation and continuously improve testing efficiency and coverage</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and external QA partners</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Monitor live quality, investigate crashes, ANRs, performance issues, and prevent regressions</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Provide clear release readiness assessments and go/no-go recommendations</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Maintain test documentation, release reports, and changelogs in Jira &amp; Confluence</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Champion a quality-first mindset across the team</span></p></li></ul><h4><span style="color: #121317">Your profile:</span></h4><ul><li><p><span style="color: #121317">4+ years of QA experience in mobile games, ideally on live-operated F2P titles</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Strong expertise in mobile testing across iOS and Android, including Google Play and App Store release flows, TestFlight, different testing tracks, and staged rollouts</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Experience testing mobile F2P monetization flows: ads, IAPs, consent/ATT, attribution, analytics, SDKs, and remote config</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Experience with QA automation, Unity games, and modern QA tools and workflows</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Experience with crash reporting and monitoring tools (e.g. Firebase, Crashlytics, DataDog), and strong understanding of mobile stability issues: crashes, ANRs, and freezes</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Strong understanding of mobile game telemetry, analytics validation, and event tracking</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Experience working with external QA vendors or distributed QA teams</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and modern AI tools to improve testing, documentation, and QA efficiency</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional player experiences</span></p></li></ul><h4><strong><span style="color: #121317">Benefits:</span></strong></h4><p><span style="color: #121317">SOFTGAMES offers a competitive package, including:</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: #121317">"Work from home" working setup</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Flexible working hours - Structure your working hours to your needs.
