This role is essential in ensuring efficient resource allocation, optimizing utilization, and aligning with business growth in a fast-paced digital environment.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;You’ll be responsible for matching the right talent to the right projects - balancing team skills, availability, and project needs to deliver high-quality work, on time and on budget. &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Own and manage the full resourcing lifecycle across Experience &amp;amp; Engineering requests for a pool of ~100 FTE&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Evaluate capacity, utilization, and bandwidth to optimize allocation, balancing business needs with team wellbeing.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Make strategic resourcing decisions considering project margins, business priorities, and talent development&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Demand Forecasting &amp;amp; Workforce Planning&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Finance and Operation during project intake to build effective staffing plans&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Develop and maintain accurate short- and long-term demand forecasts&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Identify skill gaps and workforce needs, partnering with Craft Leads and People &amp;amp; Culture on hiring and training.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cross-Regional Resourcing &amp;amp; External Support&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Coordinate resourcing across EMEA, including nearshore and offshore teams&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Identify and onboard freelancers or external partners when internal capacity is unavailable&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ensure a balanced approach between internal, nearshore/offshore, and freelance resourcing&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Stakeholder Management &amp;amp; Collaboration&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Act as a key partner to Delivery, Sales, Operations, Project Managers, and Craft Leads&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ensure alignment between resourcing strategies and business priorities&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Bring a consultative approach by advising on alternative profiles or staffing solutions based on project needs&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Risk Management &amp;amp; Conflict Resolution&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Proactively identify risks in resourcing plans and implement mitigation strategies&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Manage and resolve resource conflicts, competing priorities, and overlapping demands&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reporting, Data &amp;amp; Governance&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Maintain high data quality within resource management tools (e.g., Resource Guru)&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ensure compliance with processes such as time tracking, allocations, and reporting&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Track and report on key metrics (utilization, capacity, bench, freelance/nearshore ratios)&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Provide regular insights to local, regional, and global leadership&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WHAT YOU&#39;ll BRING&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience &amp;amp; Background&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;3+ years of experience in Resource Management, Engineering Resource Management, or Technical/Digital Project Management within a digital agency or product environment&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience working across multiple markets and cultures (EMEA experience is a plus)&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Digital &amp;amp; Technical Understanding&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of digital roles (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA, Business Analysis, UX/UI, Project Management)&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Solid understanding of digital product delivery (web, e-commerce, mobile) and cross-functional collaboration&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to translate project needs into effective staffing plans&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Analytical &amp;amp; Tools&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with experience in reporting tools such as Power BI&lt;/li&gt;
