We’re looking forward to your application.</p> <ul> <li>You design and implement business capabilities in modern backend and frontend services, with a backend-leaning focus</li> <li>Where required for delivery, stability or safe migration, you actively contribute to changes in legacy systems</li> <li>You translate business requirements into clean technical specifications, meaningful solution designs and robust implementations</li> <li>You identify and improve technical bottlenecks, unnecessary coupling and structural delivery obstacles</li> <li>Existing systems are continuously improved by you through refactoring, decoupling and pragmatic modernization during live operation</li> <li>You collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads and Engineers to clarify business rules and technical dependencies</li> <li>Junior engineers are supported by you through code reviews, technical sparring and living best engineering practices</li> </ul> <h2>Your profile</h2> <ul> <li>You bring 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer</li> <li>You have strong skills in modern backend technologies such as Kotlin, TypeScript, Spring Boot or comparable stacks</li> <li>You are comfortable working in heterogeneous environments, including legacy systems</li> <li>You turn unclear requirements and implicit business logic into solid technical solutions</li> <li>APIs, integration patterns, data models and operational implications of technical decisions are familiar to you</li> <li>You value high engineering standards: testability, code quality, maintainability and production awareness</li> <li>You confidently use AI tools as productivity enablers without compromising quality or accountability</li> </ul> <h2>Why us?</h2> <p>We live and breathe team spirit: To us, YOU matter.
