Help shape our Perioperative Care Coordination solution that uses assistants to automate and streamline pre-admission testing workflows (PAT) for hospital staff. It's designed to reduce the administrative burden on nurses and other healthcare workers so they can focus on patient care. </p> <p>Build scalable, intelligent systems that enhance the efficiency and reliability of these automated workflows. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering and product to shape solutions that deliver measurable value.</p> <p>This is a high-impact role that will influence our platform, strengthen customer outcomes, and shape our company’s growth trajectory.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop a deep understanding of pre-admission testing (PAT) workflows, hospital operations, and user needs to identify high-leverage opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden for clinical staff. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with engineers and product managements to define and refine product requirements </li> <li>Own the design, execution, and optimization of the PAT Assist product </li> <li>Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback </li> <li>Ensure a seamless user experience that balances simplicity, rigor, and delight </li> <li>Mentor and support cross-functional teammates across engineering </li> <li>Deliver and communicate a cohesive product vision that aligns with company goals </li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>4+</strong> years of experience in product engineering </li> <li>Proven track record in delivering engineering solutions in a fast-paced remote startup environment </li> <li>Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels </li> <li>Hands-on fullstack experience with Python and Typescript/React </li> <li>A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail </li> <li>Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems </li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></p> <ul> <li>A strong interest in ChatGPT, LLMs, and other GenAI technologies</li> <li>Background in health tech</li> </ul> <p>Compensation for this role is based on market data and takes into account a variety of factors, including location, skills, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Salary is just one part of the total rewards package at Qventus.
