Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history.<br> <br> We are seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Software Engineer</strong> to join our high-performance Digital Solutions  departments.<br>  <br>  This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in Bicester, UK</p><br><strong>Deine Aufgabe</strong><p>As a Senior Software Engineer in Digital Solutions UK, you will help transform the digital tools used across the organisation, with a strong focus on building smart, reliable and scalable applications that improve performance from development through to race operations. You will work hands-on on strategic initiatives, delivering performance for departments and stakeholders across the business. The role combines full-stack software engineering, domain learning, stakeholder collaboration and practical GenAI delivery, helping Digital Solutions build the smartest tools with strong AI capabilities on the grid.<br><br>Your duties will include;<br><br><ul><li><span><span>Design, develop, </span><span>test </span><span>and deliver high-quality full-stack software solutions, including backend services, frontend applications, APIs,</span><span>databases </span><span>and integrations.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Take ownership of complex features and technical workstreams, from </span><span>requirements capture, </span><span>through to production delivery and ongoing improvement.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Contribute hands-on to strategic Digital Solutions projects that support end-to-end engineering and operational processes.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Work with engineering, operations and business stakeholders to understand workflows, challenge </span><span>assumptions </span><span>and turn domain needs into pragmatic digital solutions.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Build AI-enabled capabilities into stakeholder-facing applications, applying GenAI and agentic AI patterns where they create measurable business value and can be governed safely.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Support enterprise scaling of AI adoption by contributing to practical use cases, secure integration patterns, cost-aware im</span><span>plementation </span><span>and approved-tool usage.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Contribute to architecture, software engineering standards, CI/CD, testing, deployment </span><span>automation </span><span>and maintainable cloud-native engineering practices.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Remain flexible in </span><span>acquiring </span><span>domain knowledge, primarily around aero processes but also across wider digital transformation initiatives in the </span><span>organization.</span></span></li></ul></p><br><strong>Dein Profil</strong><p><ul><li><span><span>Proven experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in a senior or technically influential role.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong full-stack software engineering capability, including backend and frontend development using modern languages and frameworks such as C#, Python, TypeScript, ASP.NET Core, </span><span>FastAPI</span><span>, React, Vue, Svelte or equivalent technologies.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies, including practical use of LLMs, AI coding assistants, prompt </span><span>engineering </span><span>and integration of AI capabilities into applications.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience designing, developing, </span><span>testing </span><span>and </span><span>maintaining </span><span>production-quality cloud-native software systems.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems, automated testing, CI/</span><span>CD </span><span>and modern development practices.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to take ownership of complex technical problems and deliver pragmatic, maintainable solutions in a fast-paced environment.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Fluent written and spoken English.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, deployment automation, platform operations, streaming systems, data-focused applications or </span><span>ML Ops</span><span>concepts.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience in motorsport, high-performance engineering, aerodynamics, simulation, </span><span>telemetry </span><span>or other complex engineering domains would be beneficial but is not mandatory.</span></span></li></ul></p><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk">Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
