You'll join us at a crucial stage of accelerated development for the company, product, and team. As part of a small, highly collaborative group, you'll be a key driver of vital projects — operating with a high degree of autonomy, building and extending multiple foundational systems, and crafting performant, reliable, and maintainable solutions to challenging technical and product problems.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and extend foundational systems across the full stack, from backend services to frontend interfaces</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from product and architectural decisions through to deployment, monitoring, and measuring user impact</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work autonomously to drive projects forward while collaborating closely with a lean, high-trust team on challenging problems</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Tackle complex domains at massive scale using simple, well-crafted solutions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Take initiative, be proactive in problem-solving, and continuously seek improvements across the codebase and product</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Who we're looking for</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You've seen and built a lot. You have personally developed and maintained multiple systems from scratch, and you know what trade-offs are involved in building reliable, performant software at speed</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You want your work to have a tangible outcome for people. You're not satisfied with building products that do not see the light of day</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are a builder.
