Service Delivery plays an integral role in optimizing how internal teams interact with our platform for customer provisioning, management and analytics; by focusing on building robust APIs and microservices that work together. Within Service Delivery you will use your strong technical ability to design and drive the introduction of new features and services, as well as evolve and maintain the existing suite of applications.<br /></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use your creative mindset to design and develop novel solutions utilising a RESTful approach to APIs and building asynchronous HTTP services.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain and evolve our current portfolio of services that support our internal and external customers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Critically analyse and optimise our services and frameworks to ensure performance at scale.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deliver code in a repeatable and scalable manner, maintaining a high level of excellence for delivering quality software.<br /></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">BS/BA or relevant experience preferred</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">At least 5 years experience in Software Engineering<br /></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILL</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong proficiency with Python and asynchronous services, ideally using a framework such as Tornado, Twisted or asyncio</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of GCP, AWS or other Clouds</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experienced with containerization and Kubernetes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficient with RESTful APIs and microservice design.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience of using Linux</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are steadfastly focused on your customers, and preferably have experience working with engineers as customers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You possess a keen sense of ownership and responsibility, being able to design creative solutions and communicate them effectively</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and you’re committed to driving projects to completion</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to write clean, concise and maintainable code</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proactive, ambitious, and strong ability to learn new things</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Highly organized and detailed with critical attention to detail and documentation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with NodeJS would be desirable</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">MSGL-I4</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Follow us on <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/menlo-security/">LinkedIn</a>!</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Why Menlo?</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">At Menlo, we don't settle for the status quo — in our technology or our culture.
