Du bildest die zentrale Brücke zwischen Go-to-Market (Vertrieb)<br>und der operativen Umsetzung (Execution). Deine Aufgabe ist es, kundenindividuelle<br>Anforderungen in technisch umsetzbare, rechtlich belastbare und hochprofitable Angebote<br>zu übersetzen. Du steuerst die Erstellung komplexer Bids und treibst die kontinuierliche<br>Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung unserer kommerziellen Prozesse voran.<br><br><strong>Deine Hauptaufgaben:</strong><ul><li> Bid Management &amp; Angebotsprozess: Du steuerst komplexe Ausschreibungen(RFPs) und Angebote eigenverantwortlich von der Qualifizierung bis zumerfolgreichen Abschluss.</li><li>Technisch-kommerzielle Lösungskonzeption: Du übersetzt Kundenbedarfe in strukturierte Leistungsumfänge, technische Lösungskonzepte und belastbare Business Cases.</li><li>Kalkulation &amp; Pricing: Du erstellst die vollständige Projektkalkulation, berechnest Kosten- und Risikopuffer und erarbeitest Preismodelle im Rahmen der vorgegebenen Ziel- und Mindestmargen.</li><li>Schnittstellenkoordination &amp; Risk Management: Du steuerst die Abstimmung mit Go-to-Market, stimmst Verträge mit Legal ab und bewertest kommerzielle sowie technische Risiken in engem Austausch mit den Fachabteilungen.</li><li>Übergabe an die Execution: Du stellst sicher, dass gewonnene Deals lückenlos, vollumfänglich und mit einer klaren Baseline (Umfang, Zeitplan, Marge) an das Projektumsetzungsteam übergeben werden.</li><li>Prozessoptimierung &amp; Standardisierung: Du baust wiederverwendbare Textbausteine, Kalkulationstemplates und effiziente Prozessabläufe zur Skalierung des Bereichs auf.</li></ul></p><br><strong>Dein Profil</strong><p><ul><li>Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im BereichWirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik,Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.</li><li> Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3–5 Jahre fundierte Erfahrung im Bid Management, Presales, Solutions Engineering oder in der kommerziellen Projektkalkulation im B2B-Umfeld.
