Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical. </p><h2>Job Description</h2><p>As a Senior Staff Engineer at Nagarro, you will play a key role in designing and delivering advanced PLM solutions for global manufacturing clients. We are looking for a highly experienced professional with strong expertise in Business Solutioning, PLM Integration, and manufacturing business processes, combined with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable enterprise solutions. The role combines strategic consulting, solution architecture, and delivery excellence, with a strong focus on digital continuity and enterprise transformation.</p><ul><li>Lead business solutioning initiatives by translating complex business requirements into scalable PLM architectures and enterprise integration strategies</li><li>Design and deliver end-to-end PLM solutions including data models, workflows, system configurations, and integrations across ERP, MES, ALM, and CAD platforms</li><li> Drive optimization of manufacturing and engineering business processes including PDM, Engineering Change Management, and BOM Management (eBOM/mBOM/BOP)</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to align PLM solutions with digital transformation and organizational objectives</li><li> Provide architectural leadership for customizations, cloud-based PLM deployments, migration programs, and legacy system modernization initiatives</li><li>Ensure high-quality solution delivery through architecture governance, performance optimization, and adherence to enterprise security and compliance standards</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Expert-level experience in Business Solutioning with strong expertise in PLM Integration across ERP, MES, ALM, and CAD systems</li><li>Deep understanding of manufacturing and engineering business processes including PDM, Engineering Change Management, Workflow &amp; Lifecycle Management, and BOM Management (eBOM/mBOM/BOP)</li><li>Proven hands-on experience with PLM platforms such as Windchill, Enovia, Aras, or similar technologies</li><li>Strong knowledge of CAD integrations including NX, Creo, SolidWorks, and CATIA, along with experience in cloud-based PLM deployments and modernization initiatives</li><li>Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strong delivery-oriented mindset</li><li>Fluent German (mandatory) and strong English communication skills</li><li>Based in Germany with remote working flexibility available</li></ul><h2>Additional Information</h2><ul><li>30 days of paid vacation, internal and external training opportunities, MyN – Nagarro Employee Share Program, attractive company bicycle arrangements, modern office space at central locations with high-tech equipment, sports programs, access to the corporate benefits portal, free fruit and drinks. </li><li>Plenty of room for innovation in a high-growth environment with the latest technologies and products.
