Senior Strategic Partner Development Manager (UK)

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Partner Development Manager to grow our partner ecosystem, including system integrator (SI), value-added reseller (VAR), and distribution partners.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify, engage, and onboard a portfolio of high-potential in-region partners</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and go-to-market strategy that drives revenue for both partner and Coder</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Cultivate and manage relationships with partner leadership across key functional areas (sales, marketing, professional services, etc.)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead and facilitate executive QBRs, joint marketing engagements, technical enablement and other activities to drive partner engagement</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate Coder’s partner sales managers to execute field-level sales awareness and enablement campaigns</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you bring:</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have at least <strong>10 years of experience</strong> in business development, partnerships, and/or sales with proven success <strong>in the following areas</strong>:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Possess a quantifiable record of success in business development, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed objectives and the ability to generate new business through partnerships</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Understand complex sales processes, build consensus and be adept at developing relationships at multiple levels</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building and growing successful relationships with SIs and VARs</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong work ethic and can move fast in a startup environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Player/coach mentality; someone who is coachable, and can coach members of the team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Willing to go outside the bounds of their job description and comfort zone</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are curious about technology and are constantly learning</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You take initiative when something needs to be done, and you own the outcome</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are constantly looking for ways to add value to Coder</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Bonus tacos if you have</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">(Tacos?
