style="color:#121317">Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key commodities, components, and services.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Select, onboard, and manage global suppliers, building long-term strategic partnerships.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Take ownership of strategic suppliers and sourcing projects from selection through ongoing performance management.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span Management</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Lead cost reduction, value engineering, and commercial optimization initiatives in collaboration with Engineering and Manufacturing.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Lead supplier negotiations for contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Identify, manage, and mitigate supply chain and supplier risks through effective contingency and risk mitigation plans.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Balance cost, quality, technical requirements, lead times, and scalability when making procurement decisions.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Act as the procurement interface to Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Operations, and Legal for selected commodities and projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Work closely with Engineering to understand technical requirements, products, specifications, and cost drivers.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Support new product introductions, industrialization, supplier readiness, and production ramp-ups.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Coordinate procurement activities across teams to ensure material availability and timely execution.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Proactively identify bottlenecks, align stakeholders, and drive topics through to completion.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Operational Ownership &amp; Process Improvement</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Take ownership of procurement priorities and ensure effective work distribution, follow-up, and execution.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Support procurement processes and KPI reporting.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Maintain supplier documentation, contracts, and relevant procurement data.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Contribute to procurement system and process improvements as TYTAN scales.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen procurement operations.</span></p></li></ul> <br> <ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">5+ years of experience</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> in strategic procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Engineering background</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">, ideally Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, with a strong understanding of technical products and manufacturing processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Proven experience managing strategic suppliers, negotiations, and complex sourcing initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Experience with </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">NPI, production ramp-ups, and scaling operations</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">High sense of ownership</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">, structured working style, and hands-on mindset.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Legal.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Experience with ERP and procurement systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Fluent English and German
