<ol><li><p>IT support, design and troubleshooting ranging from large Server, SAN farms to complex platforms;</p></li><li><p>Configuration/Troubleshooting of Virtual environments: VMware vSphere, vSAN, Horizon;</p></li><li><p>Server management, Operating System (OS) knowledge (UNIX, Linux, Windows);</p></li><li><p>Design, implementation and administration of backup and restore on solutions like VEEAM and StoreOnce;</p></li><li><p>Administration of servers, bladesystems and composable infrastructure;</p></li><li><p>Administration of Storage systems on traditional SAN, CEPH and VSAN;</p></li><li><p>Managing OCP platform in DEVOPS mode with related supporting systems like Red Hat Service Mesh, GitHub, Helm, GitOps,</p></li><li><p>Ansible Automation Platform, Kafka;</p></li><li><p>Development, execution and troubleshooting of Ansible and Powershell scripts;</p></li><li><p>PKI and certificate administration;</p></li><li><p>Administration of monitoring systems like Nagios, Splunk;</p></li><li><p>Administration of Oracle infrastructure, namely EXADATA and ZDRLA;</p></li><li><p>Administration of mail servers and mail relays (postfix), anti-virus and anti-spam;</p></li><li><p>Centralized deployment of software and updates.</p></li></ol><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p>Additional Tasks: </p><ol><li><p> Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other</p></li><li><p>protocols.</p></li><li><p> Create and optimize custom scripts (JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes) to automate workflows, enhance UI</p></li><li><p>functionality, and improve platform performance. </p></li><li><p> Configure and manage data imports/exports, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance. • Build reusable components—such as Flow Designer sub flows and UI policies—to accelerate future development. </p></li><li><p>Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions within ServiceNow. </p></li><li><p>Conduct system and integration testing using the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure reliability and scalability. </p></li><li><p>Monitor platform health, usage, and compliance, proactively identifying and resolving issues. </p></li><li><p> Work will include customizations and integrations of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, etc...</p></li></ol><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p> <br> <p>Education Requirements: Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after the secondary school.</p><p>Experience Requirements: Minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience.</p><p>Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:</p><ol><li><p> Knowledge and experience with HW management, racking, cabling, replacement, FW upgrades;</p></li><li><p>HW/SW inventory and configuration management;</p></li><li><p>Advanced knowledge and experience with VMWare (vSphere, vSAN, Horizon);</p></li><li><p>Knowledge and experience with managing Oracle HW;</p></li><li><p>Knowledge and advanced experience in Redhat, Windows OS administration of large farms;</p></li><li><p>Active Directory (AD) / LDAP and Keycloak Management;</p></li><li><p>Network Attached Storage (NAS) and distributed file systems;</p></li><li><p>Centralized IT security policy management;</p></li><li><p>Knowledge and experience in administration of servers, bladesystems and composable infrastructure;</p></li></ol><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.fr/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in France</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
