AI roles, partnering with hiring managers to build exceptional teams that will shape the next phase of the company's growth.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll be a trusted advisor to the business, driving talent acquisition strategy, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and owning hiring across multiple technical teams.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>🌟 What You'll Do</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Own end-to-end recruitment across Data, Machine Learning and AI functions</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across mid-level, senior, staff and leadership hires</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Source outstanding Data &amp; AI talent using creative and strategic sourcing techniques</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Build proactive talent pipelines across Germany and the wider European market</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from first conversation through to offer</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Use recruitment data and market insights to help hiring managers make informed hiring decisions</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes while supporting ambitious technology growth</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>🔍 What You'll Bring</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• 5+ years' experience delivering end-to-end technology recruitment in-house or through an RPO/embedded model</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Proven experience recruiting Data Science, Machine Learning and AI professionals</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to partner with multiple hiring managers simultaneously</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Experience managing recruitment autonomously across a high-volume portfolio of technical vacancies</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Excellent sourcing capability across both active and passive talent markets</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• A data driven mindset with strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering exceptional hiring experiences</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Fluent English communication skills (German is not required)</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>💡 Why You'll Love This Opportunity</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Join one of Europe's leading digital healthcare businesses during an exciting period of technology investment and growth</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Play a key role in building high impact Data &amp;
