style="min-height:1.5em">· Own end-to-end recruitment across Product, Software Engineering and technical leadership roles</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Product Leaders and senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Build proactive talent pipelines across the UK and wider EMEA technology market</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Source exceptional Product and Engineering talent using creative and strategic sourcing techniques</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through to offer</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Use recruitment data and market insights to support informed hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Continuously refine recruitment processes to ensure a scalable, efficient and inclusive hiring experience</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Support workforce planning and long term hiring strategies aligned to ambitious product growth</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>🔍 What You'll Bring</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· 5+ years' experience delivering end-to-end technology recruitment across Product and Software Engineering functions</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Experience recruiting within high-growth technology, SaaS, cloud, developer tooling or software organisations</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence hiring decisions at all levels</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Excellent sourcing capability across both active and passive technical talent markets</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· A proven track record of hiring Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers and other technical specialists</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Strong commercial awareness with a data-driven approach to recruitment and continuous improvement</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed and remote-first environment</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· A
