<p style="min-height:1.5em">🚀 <strong>Senior Talent Partner – Non Tech</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">📍 <strong>Hybrid </strong>- London</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">📄 <strong>Fixed Term Contract</strong> – 12 months</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re hiring a <strong>Senior Talent Partner</strong> to support a high-growth global consumer technology business as they scale their team.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are partnering with them to support hiring across their core non tech verticals such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience and People/HR.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role sits within our delivery team but works embedded with the client, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape the next layer of leadership in the organisation.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your work will be visible, commercially important, and central to how the company scales.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em">🌟 <strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own end-to-end hiring across multiple business areas, from briefing and talent mapping through to offer and close.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source top talent through creative and strategic methods</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive continuous improvement in how we hire</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 month</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em">🔍 <strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong experience in in-house talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record of hiring across multiple verticals including Sales, Marketing, Finance and People.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent search and talent mapping capability, with the ability to build targeted pipelines</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong stakeholder management skills</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk">Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
