This role will require you to wear many hats and certainly not leave you bored!</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color:#2B4466">What you will do:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color:#2B4466">Support Pre-Sales:</span></strong><span style="color:#2B4466"> Act as a technical expert during initial engagements to evaluate partner needs and demonstrate our capabilities.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#2B4466">Consult on API Implementation:</span></strong><span style="color:#2B4466"> Guide partners through their API integration, ensuring a seamless process that meets certification standards.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#2B4466">Translate Requirements:</span></strong><span style="color:#2B4466"> Gather technical requirements directly from external partners and break them down into actionable specs for internal teams.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#2B4466">Manage Custom Projects:</span></strong><span style="color:#2B4466"> Drive the end-to-end delivery of custom developments, managing timelines, stakeholders, and go-live execution</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#2B4466">Guide Product Development:</span></strong><span style="color:#2B4466"> Leverage partner feedback and insights to shape the ongoing development of our core API and integration tools.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#2B4466">Manage Technical Relationships:</span></strong><span style="color:#2B4466"> Own the long-term technical relationship with partners to drive collaboration, product engagement, and brand stickiness.</span></p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color:#2B4466">Workplace: </span></strong><span style="color:#121317">We are mainly looking for this role based in Germany, preferably at our headquarters in Berlin. <br>We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p> <br> <p><strong><span style="color:#2B4466">Who you are:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#2B4466">5 + years of work experience in a tech company (experience in a technology/software company, travel agency, transportation, and logistics industry is an advantage but not a must).&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#2B4466">You have had deep exposure to API integrations, and you are confident in navigating documentation, sprint cycles, and system architecture, even if you’re not the one coding.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#2B4466">A big plus if you have experience in the corporate travel space (any vertical).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#2B4466">You’re a structured communicator who can translate complexity into clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#2B4466">You take ownership, thrive in ambiguity, and are energised by solving cross-functional coordination challenges.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#2B4466">You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken.
