Following our recent $80m Series C funding, we are ready to push beyond.</span><br /></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>(Senior) Technical Product Manager, Rail Integrations,</strong> to join our <strong><a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://careers.distribusion.com/tech-product-teams#list-f864dda6">Supply domain</a></strong>, more specifically in the Integrations team, which is responsible for onboarding carriers onto our system (integrating external systems, harmonising data structures and building revenue-increasing products for carriers). This is key to scaling our business; therefore, our focus is on innovation and automation.</p><p style=";"></p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities</p></li><li><p>Automate and innovate our existing inventory (our API product is already used by big players)</p></li><li><p>Own scoping and management of onboarding new carriers; establish wider scope throughout Asia</p></li><li><p>Take a lead role in defining and challenging strategic decisions</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the team with process improvements (e.g. Jira, reporting, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external – C-level)<strong><br /></strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>Workplace: </strong>Berlin &amp; Hybrid; or Remote</p><p>We are a remote-first international company with team members spread around the world. If, however, you prefer working onsite/hybrid, our heart is in Berlin, one of the biggest and most vibrant tech hubs in Europe, and we are happy to assist with relocation.</p><br /><br /><p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ul><li><p>4+ years or more of professional experience in Product Management.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with the technical side of the product (API / Data products).</p></li><li><p>Experience working with PICO API, OSDM or other European rail carriers is considered a Plus. </p></li><li><p>Strong stakeholder experience with the ability to influence without direct authority (including C-level executives).</p></li><li><p>Good at context switching whilst showing proactivity and ownership across your responsibilities.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with complex products (advantage).</p></li><li><p>Good management skills (product, process, project, people management).</p></li><li><p>Experience working within cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related studies.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English, both verbal and written.</p></li><li><p>Leadership experience (nice to have)</p></li><li><p>Transportation industry standards (nice to have)</p></li></ul><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><strong>What you can expect:</strong></p><ul><li><p>You will join a fast-paced travel tech company with a flat organisational structure.</p></li><li><p>You will have exciting opportunities, ownership, and responsibility and contribute directly to the success of the company.</p></li><li><p>You will join an international team of talented and driven people with a clear mission.
