Gameloft is a Vivendi company.</em></p> <p><em>All trademarks referenced above are owned by their respective trademark owners.</em></p> <h2>Job Description</h2> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior UI/UX Designer</strong> to lead the design of complex features and help elevate the overall quality of the player experience.</p> <p>This role combines strong UX thinking and UI execution, with a focus on ownership, decision-making, and improving both design quality and team output.</p> <p><strong>1. UX &amp; UI Design Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the design of complex features, from user flows to final UI</li> <li>Define clear interaction models and ensure a coherent player experience</li> <li>Make design decisions that balance player needs, game design goals, and technical constraints</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Feature Ownership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the UI/UX of key features from concept to implementation</li> <li>Drive alignment with Game Design, Tech, and Production</li> <li>Anticipate risks and resolve design challenges early</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Design Quality &amp; Consistency</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure a high level of quality, clarity, and consistency across features</li> <li>Apply and reinforce existing UI systems and UX patterns</li> <li>Identify gaps or inconsistencies and propose improvements</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Documentation &amp; Implementation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Produce clear, structured, and complete documentation (flows, specs, behaviors)</li> <li>Ensure designs are ready for development with minimal ambiguity</li> <li>Follow implementation closely to guarantee quality</li> </ul> <p><strong>5. Team Contribution &amp; Mentorship</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support other designers through feedback and guidance</li> <li>Help improve team practices around UX clarity and UI quality</li> <li>Share knowledge and contribute to raising the overall level of the team</li> </ul> <p><strong>6.
