They work with organisations on complex transformation initiatives, supporting them in the design and implementation of modern and innovative <strong>ServiceNow and AI solutions</strong>.</p><p style="text-align:start;">We are particularly interested in speaking with experienced professionals who combine strong <strong>ServiceNow and AI expertise</strong> with a strategic, consulting-oriented and customer-focused mindset.</p><p style="text-align:start;min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="text-align:start;"><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><p style="text-align:start;">Depending on your background and area of expertise, your responsibilities may include:</p><ul><li><p>Designing and developing innovative <strong>ServiceNow and AI solutions</strong></p></li><li><p>Taking a leading role in the architecture, implementation and further development of <strong>AI-powered solutions and AI agents</strong></p></li><li><p>Developing intelligent AI agents that can interact with and support customers</p></li><li><p>Using previous customer and business expertise to support the development of effective customer-facing AI solutions</p></li><li><p>Translating complex business and customer requirements into scalable technical and AI-driven solutions</p></li><li><p>Working with modern <strong>AI technologies, Large Language Models and agent-based solutions</strong></p></li><li><p>Designing innovative solutions across customer service, CRM and customer experience environments</p></li><li><p>Working closely with customers, business stakeholders and technical teams</p></li><li><p>Contributing your expertise to complex AI, automation and digital transformation projects</p></li><li><p>Acting as a trusted advisor and supporting customers throughout the project lifecycle</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:start;min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="text-align:start;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><p style="text-align:start;">We are interested in candidates with a strong background in <strong>ServiceNow and Artificial Intelligence</strong>, ideally with experience in one or more of the following areas:</p><p style="text-align:start;min-height: 1.7em;"></p><ul><li><p>Several years of experience working with <strong>ServiceNow</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI or AI-powered solutions</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience developing or working with <strong>AI agents or agentic AI</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience with technologies such as <strong>Claude, Claude 4 or similar AI technologies</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience as a <strong>ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, Solution Architect, AI Architect or Senior Consultant</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of customer processes, CRM, customer service or customer experience</p></li><li><p>Experience transferring previous customer or business expertise into the development of intelligent AI agents would be highly beneficial</p></li><li><p>Experience designing and implementing complex and scalable platform solutions</p></li><li><p>The ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical and AI-driven solutions</p></li><li><p>Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li><p>Experience working with complex customer or international environments would be an advantage</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:start;min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="text-align:start;"><strong>Languages</strong></p><p style="text-align:start;">We are particularly interested in candidates with either:</p><ul><li><p><strong>German and English</strong>, or</p></li><li><p><strong>French and English</strong></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:start;min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="text-align:start;"><strong>Location &amp; Working Model</strong></p><p style="text-align:start;">We are open to candidates based in:</p><ul><li><p>Switzerland</p></li><li><p>Germany</p></li><li><p>France</p></li><li><p>United Kingdom</p></li><li><p>Ireland</p></li><li><p>United States</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:start;min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="text-align:start;"><strong>Working Model</strong></p><ul><li><p>Fully remote</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:start;min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="text-align:start;"><strong>Employment Options</strong></p><p style="text-align:start;">We are open to speaking with candidates interested in:</p><ul><li><p>Permanent employment</p></li><li><p>Contracting / freelance opportunities</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:start;min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="text-align:start;">Interested in this opportunity?
