<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for an experienced <strong>ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant</strong> to join an urgent, high-impact engagement focused on enterprise-wide AI governance and lifecycle management. This is a <strong>100% remote, W-2 contract</strong> role open to candidates based in the USA. Interviews and submissions are being processed immediately.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will work directly with a client implementing ServiceNow AI Control Tower, helping establish robust AI governance frameworks, compliance playbooks, and observability capabilities across their enterprise.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Configure and implement <strong>AI Governance and Lifecycle Management</strong> capabilities within ServiceNow AI Control Tower.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support <strong>Risk, Compliance, and Security Management</strong> initiatives aligned to enterprise AI strategy.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Implement <strong>Discovery and Observability</strong> features to monitor and manage AI assets across the organization.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build governance frameworks, dashboards, and compliance playbooks tailored to stakeholder needs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop workflows and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise AI assets and third-party platforms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI governance solutions.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong ServiceNow <strong>development and administration</strong> experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience with <strong>AI Governance and AI Lifecycle Management</strong> within ServiceNow.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Solid knowledge of <strong>Risk, Compliance, and Security Management</strong> principles and their implementation in ServiceNow.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience building <strong>workflows, dashboards, and enterprise integrations</strong> in ServiceNow.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment from within the USA.</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Rate:</strong> Up to $70/hour (W-2)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Employment Type:</strong> W-2 Contract</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fully remote engagement — work from anywhere in the USA</p></li></ul><h3>Location</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>100% Remote</strong> — must be based in the <strong>United States</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Visa sponsorship is <strong>not available</strong> for this role</p></li></ul><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
