If you're passionate about delivering exceptional product solutions and shaping the future of digital marketing, we want to hear from you!</p><br><p><br><br></p></div><div><p>We’re seeking a <strong>Senior Level Product Designer</strong>, proficient in both UX and UI, who can take play a crucial roll in all touch points of the full design process — from assisting research and ideation to polished, high-quality delivery. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, partnering with PMs, engineers, and design to create cohesive, user-centered experiences. <strong>You’re comfortable assisting research, iterating quickly while maintaining a high bar for craft, accessibility, and detail</strong>. <strong>You have a keen eye for opportunities to improve usability and aesthetics, stay ahead of design trends, and bring fresh ideas that elevate both our product and our team.</strong> A love for what we’re building is a must—we’re a small but passionate team, and that enthusiasm shows in everything we create.</p><br><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><br><ul><br><li><strong>Own end-to-end design</strong> for assigned features — from assisting in research to high-fidelity delivery — ensuring user-centered, polished, and feasible solutions.</li><br><li><strong>Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and design</strong> to deliver cohesive, and beautiful user experiences.</li><br><li><strong>Digest user research</strong> to turn insights into actionable design improvements.</li><br><li><strong>Engage in design critiques</strong>, giving and receiving constructive feedback.</li><br><li><strong>Contribute to and maintain the design system</strong> for consistency, scalability, and accessibility.</li><br><li><strong>Maintain exceptional craft and attention to detail</strong>, ensuring designs meet accessibility standards and follow best practices.</li><br><li><strong>Proactively identify design opportunities</strong> to improve product usability, aesthetics, and overall customer experience.</li><br><li><strong>Stay up-to-date on trends and tools</strong>, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the team.</li><br></ul><br><h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3><br><ul><br><li>4+ years of product design experience (startup or fast-paced environment a plus).</li><br><li>A portfolio that demonstrates a strong grasp of interaction design, visual design, and user-centered thinking.</li><br><li>Experience working across web, mobile, and responsive design.</li><br><li>Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively.</li><br><li>Comfort with <strong>rapid iteration</strong> — you know when to polish and when to ship.</li><br><li>Familiarity with modern design tools (Figma, etc.) and basic prototyping tools.</li><br><li>A systems thinker who can design for scale while caring deeply about craft.</li><br><li>Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to take feedback constructively – also a genuine enthusiasm for ShopMy and the brand we’re building.</li><br></ul><br><h3>&nbsp;</h3><br><p>&nbsp;</p></div><div class="job__pay-ranges"><div class="pay-range"><div class="description"><div class="body"><span><p>In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is as shown.
