Social Community Representative

The Social Community Representative is responsible for engaging with consumers, creators, and ambassadors across social media channels to build community, strengthen brand affinity, and support a positive customer experience. This remote, part-time role combines community management, creator support, social engagement, and content execution to help drive meaningful connections and brand growth.<br><br>Reporting to the<strong> DIGITAL COMMUNITIES' ASSOCIATE MANAGER</strong>, the <strong>SOCIAL COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVE</strong> will support our collegiate team in the following areas and meet the job requirements below.<br><br><strong>This is a remote, part-time position.<br><br></strong>--<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, tagged content, and community interactions across social media platforms to support audience engagement and strengthen brand affinity.</li><li> Act as a trusted voice of the brand by reviewing and responding to consumer, creator, and ambassador inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.</li><li> Foster positive brand sentiment through timely, thoughtful, and on-brand interactions across all social channels.</li><li> Support creator, ambassador, and community engagement by resharing stories, engaging with tagged content, and recognizing standout community members.</li><li> Amplify user-generated content (UGC) and spotlight exceptional creator and ambassador content through social features, community initiatives, and monthly reward or gift-code programs.<br><br></li></ul>Identify and report recurring community themes, ambassador questions, consumer complaints, and engagement opportunities to help improve brand communications and customer experience.<br><br><ul><li> Assist with content creation and execution across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, and other emerging social channels.</li><li> Contribute creative ideas, messaging concepts, and social-first content recommendations that align with brand voice and campaign objectives.</li><li> Encourage participation in community programs, ambassador challenges, competitions, seasonal campaigns, and engagement initiatives through proactive outreach.</li><li> Research social trends, creators, cultural moments, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for community growth and engagement.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience with excel.</li><li> Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand voice professionally and enthusiastically.</li><li> Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and current social trends.</li><li> Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and track many moving pieces at once.</li><li> Comfortable using influencer marketing platforms, social media monitoring tools, or CRM systems (e.g., CIQ, Sprout Social).</li><li> A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for digital communities and creator culture.</li></ul><br/><br/>Please mention the word **BOOM** and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg== when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg==).
