That means finding the right balance between education, inspiration, and entertainment. You will:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and grow Reedsy’s presence across our key social channels.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Turn Reedsy’s expertise, products, and community into clear, engaging content for writers and publishing professionals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop recurring formats, campaigns, and creative concepts that feel recognizably Reedsy, working alongside our writers and design team to further define and evolve the brand.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track performance, identify what resonates, and use those insights to continuously refine our content and social strategy.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Both a very analytical and highly creative individual, able to use performance data to inform great content.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience growing a brand to a large audience, ideally in a fast-growing startup environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A track record of social campaigns that created measurable impact — and examples to prove it.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent editorial instincts and a strong command of written English.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A deep understanding of what makes social content useful, engaging, and shareable.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The ability to explain complex ideas simply without dumbing them down.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A genuine interest in writing, publishing, books, or the creator economy.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Bonus Points</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience creating short-form video content.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with the publishing industry or the challenges independent authors face.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluent in multiple languages.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A good dose of ambition, a willingness to learn, and a great sense of humor.</p></li></ul><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
