Here are the details</strong></h3><br><strong>What you’ll do</strong><br> <li style="color: #000000;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Architect, design, develop, and maintain scalable and consistent services, writing reusable, modular, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering managers to translate business requirements into effective software solutions, define timelines, and estimate effort.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and ensure high code quality and performance.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Stay up to date with new technologies and tools, drive their adoption when appropriate, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and team growth.</span></p> </li> <br><strong>What we’re looking for</strong><br> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Extensive experience in backend development, with solid knowledge of event-driven architectures, microservices, and domain-driven design.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Experience working in an Agile environment.</span></p> </li> <br><strong>Nice-to-Have</strong><br> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Good knowledge of functional programming languages.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Professional experience with Rust and/or Elixir.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">First-hand experience of test-driven development (TDD), Event-Sourcing and CQRS.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.</span></p> </li> <h3><span style="color: #000000;"><strong style="font-size: 18px;">Why you’ll love it here:</strong></span></h3> <div><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #000000;">We want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
