The expectation is that you own either backend or frontend work first, then gradually expand into the other — we'll support that growth actively.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Backend:</strong> design and build APIs, model data, develop AI-driven features using NestJS/TypeScript.</li> <li><strong>Frontend:</strong> build React components, integrate with backend services, improve the learner and instructor experience end-to-end.</li> <li>Collaborate with product and engineering peers to design, ship, test, and maintain features.</li> <li>Participate in code reviews and occasional pair programming sessions.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p>You have solid experience in <em>at least one</em> of the following — you don't need both:</p> <ul> <li>NestJS + TypeScript</li> <li>React + TypeScript</li> </ul> <p>Beyond the technical foundation, what matters most is your curiosity, your communication, and your desire to grow. We value people who ask good questions, help others do their best work, and care about the impact of what they build.</p> <p><em>We don't require a degree or a specific number of years of experience.
